ICL Interior Architecture

We are pleased to have the opportunity to introduce ICL Interior Architecture.  This presentation highlights our approach, our experience and some of the tools we use in consistently producing quality products for our clients.  We would appreciate the chance to be of service and proudly add work for your firm to our list of successful projects.  

ICL Interior Architecture takes a partnership approach to solving each architectural design challenge.  We work side by side with our clients on repeat projects to thoroughly understand how the architecture may contribute to their business goals -- in effect, becoming their "house architects" capable of quickly translating their business needs into built space.  ICL has the unique ability to offer its clients use of a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds from the real estate industry.  This enables ICL to view the project from the eyes of its clients -- whether an office tenant, building owner, real estate broker or property manager.

ICL has solely practiced interior architecture for nearly ten years.  The range of expertise developed in that time combined with the depth of our resources enables the firm to handle most any sized commission.  An added benefit is the ability to handle project engineering in-house.  Architectural and engineering drawings are produced faster and costly coordination errors are eliminated.

An informal, entrepreneurial work environment is fostered while effective, technically correct design solutions are produced.  A set of management review checklists ensures that quality is maintained throughout the design and construction process.

A quick scan over our project list shows extensive experience ranging in size from multi-million dollar lobby renovations and corporate office relocations, to ongoing space planning services for minor office reconfigurations.
